About James
I am a Professional chef working in a top end fine dining restaurant, currently signed off from work with an injury so I have decided to start Tutoring and sharing my knowledge. I love making bread, I have been trained to bake at a Chefs Academy and gone on to work in the baking section of professional Kitchens whilst always experimenting with all types of bread and a huge range of recipes at home. Bread is mainly about understanding and technique, once I have explained to you how it works and shown you what to do you will easily be able to make delicious breads at home and stop buying all the preservative full breads from the supermarket.

I would come to your home, bring all the equipment we would need and we can make up to 3 different types of bread of your choosing per class. I am open to teaching anyone, please reach out if you are interested. 1st hour would be free, it will take between 1-2.5 hours depending on what you want to make, flatbreads etc would be much less time and there is a variety of great ones.
