We are in a good mood when we feel good in our bodies. This is the feeling I have since my discovery of Vinyasa Yoga, this learning of attention, concentration and mental peace. What quality alloy in order to focus on yourself and accept it as such. As choreographic artist, yoga has given me a different view of physical exercise as well in practice as in his feelings. With this new practice of Vinyasa yoga, now entered my daily life, with her toned and fluid postures breathing punctuated by the concatenation, I regained flexibility, lightness of movement, relaxation and a quiet intèrieur lost practicing intensively aerial disciplines . In the air, as in dance, the mind is turned towards the perfection of the gesture, he escapes. The movement is a routine, a note repeated over and over again. An artist on stage is like a bird out of his cage. Yoga, one is present on every move, keeping an ever greater concentration on breathing YOGA IS A PHILOSOPHY OF LIFE, ONE LANE OF PERSONAL DEVELOPMENT.
