I am a very patient and very creative teacher. The exercises I teach are aerobics, Zumba, cardio, pilates, stretching, specific exercises for dancers and/or with approaches to different types of dance, among others. My classes are for everyone! Men, women, boys, girls, adolescents, adults, older adults, everyone who is willing to learn and have fun in a healthy way!
