About Enzo
I am a professional jazz drummer and currently a student at Johns Hopkins. I began playing at the early age of 5 years old and since then I have had a passion for music of all types. I have toured internationally and in the United States multiple times performing at Carnegie Hall, the Monterey Jazz Festival, and more. I teach many students all ages and have done so in the past teaching all sorts of styles of music. I am originally from Miami, FL, and now I split my time working in Miami, Baltimore, DC, Philadelphia, and New York.

My goal in teaching is to teach students how to assess their own abilities, grow rapidly through intentional practice and good habits, and to develop as an artist in a personalized manner. Lesson topics can span from developing technique on the drums to learning how to improvise and developing a compositional approach. I teach students of all levels including students beginning to learn the drums, students with a bit of a grasp on music, and more advanced students who might already be semi-fluent in playing music.

I met Enzo personally just recently and he is an incredible young musician who respects the music and brings it to life when he is on the set. Enzo is a person who will always have your back and is always willing to help you in whatever questions you ask or need help with. As a young musician myself it’s important to have a connection with your teacher that you feel comfortable with and Enzo is just such a nice big happy guy that he connects so well with his students. For Enzo it isn’t just student and teacher it’s a connection bonded by music.
