About Charlie
With over 5 years of tutoring experience, I have had the privilege of teaching flute to school students, college students, and working professionals. Music has always been my passion, and I enjoy sharing that passion with every student I teach. My classes are designed to help students learn comfortably while developing both technical skills and confidence.
I believe that every student learns differently. That is why I adapt my teaching style according to each learner's needs and goals. My lessons combine motivation, communication, creativity, and practical exercises. I explain difficult topics in simple English, making learning easier and more enjoyable for everyone.
Besides flute, I teach music theory, rhythm training, ear training, breath management, beginner keyboard, sight reading, performance techniques, and music appreciation. These additional subjects help students understand music more deeply and improve their overall performance.
My classes focus on developing proper finger technique, breath control, clear tone production, musical timing, and expressive playing. I also help students overcome nervousness before performances by building confidence through regular practice and constructive feedback. Students receive personalized guidance and practice plans that help them improve steadily.
Throughout my teaching journey, I have worked with students from different backgrounds and skill levels. Whether someone is learning for exams, performances, personal interest, or professional growth, I provide patient support and continuous encouragement. I celebrate every achievement, no matter how small, because every step forward matters.
I believe learning the flute should be an enjoyable experience filled with creativity and self-expression. My goal is to inspire students to develop lifelong musical skills while enjoying every stage of their learning journey. I strive to create a positive classroom where students feel comfortable asking questions, making mistakes, and growing into confident musicians.

I believe every student can become a confident flute player through consistent practice and supportive teaching. My teaching approach combines Motivation, Communication, Integrity, and Creativity.
Lessons are carefully planned according to each student's goals. Students learn breathing, posture, tone production, finger technique, rhythm, note reading, scales, and expressive performance through practical exercises.
Motivation helps students enjoy learning while building confidence. Communication ensures every lesson is easy to understand through demonstrations and simple explanations. Integrity creates a respectful atmosphere where students feel comfortable learning at their own pace.
Creative activities such as improvisation, rhythm exercises, favorite songs, listening sessions, and performance practice make learning interesting. I also teach music theory, recorder, keyboard basics, ear training, sight reading, and music appreciation.
