I’m Stefan Yo, an active professional MMA fighter and martial arts coach with hands-on experience teaching students of different skill levels.

My approach to coaching combines real-world fighting experience with structured, personalized instruction. I focus on proper technique, attention to detail, and helping each student understand the fundamentals before progressing to more advanced skills.

Whether teaching boxing, kickboxing, or MMA fundamentals, I adapt my instruction to each student’s experience, abilities, and goals. I take pride in maintaining a professional training environment where students receive individual attention, clear guidance, and quality coaching.
