I've been a Sydney-based commercial photographer for more than 20 years. I love what I do and would love to teach you too. I work with advertising agencies and restaurants, real estate agents, individuals, corporates and architects, animals and kids. I can teach you how to shoot and process and make your images look amazing.

I have been a professional photographer for 20+ years.
I'm here to teach you everything from the basics to more complex scenarios that require a detailed and strong understanding of photography, composition and lighting.
Portraits, food, interiors, animals, kids, action, whatever you would like to be taught, I can teach you everything you have ever wanted to know.
Camera settings, composition, lighting, Photoshop, how to speak to subjects to get the best out of them, how to handle animals and kids to get the best of out of them.
I also provide coaching for photography, including how to run your business, where to find clients and how create long term relationships with clients.
Whatever you would like to learn, i can teach you :)

Perfect! Just finished my first tutorial with Mel. She is extremely personable and easy going. She was very quickly able to determine a good starting point, explain and demonstrate principles for learning and then, develop a clear plan for moving forward. As a professional photographer Mel is an expert to help any aspiring photographer to reach their goals. What I liked most about Mel was the fact that she loves what she does (takes pictures for joy daily) and she loves the creative process ie getting to know your subject and capturing them/it in a way that tells a story. Highly recommend! FYI - I live in the Blue Mountains and she was able to meet via ZOOM. Too easy. I'm excited to start shooting. Thanks Mel, Matt.
