I have had a 10-year career in the sports and fitness world. I am a professional rugby player with training sessions 5 days a week. I have extensive knowledge in different training methods from gym, functional, crossfit, arobics, semiaerobics, etc.

The training consists of 1 hour of work well distributed between a correct warm-up to avoid injuries, work adapted to the student in different versions and a subsequent elongation phase.
