About Gabriel
I hold a bachelor's degree in Physical Education and am a professional MMA athlete with over 19 years of practical experience in martial arts and physical conditioning. I teach Physical Education, martial arts, and weight training, always focusing on performance, health, discipline, and quality of life. I have experience with both beginners and advanced students, adapting training according to each person's age, goals, and fitness level. In martial arts classes, I work not only on technique but also on fundamental aspects such as physical conditioning, emotional control, discipline, and mental health. In weight training, I develop safe and efficient workouts focused on strength, hypertrophy, weight loss, and injury prevention. I am a committed, responsible professional who is passionate about what I do, always seeking to motivate my students and contribute to their physical and personal development.
