My teaching method is a structured step by step approach that aims to build knowledge from the ground up, to leave learners feeling confident and qualified to go about effectively pursuing their fitness goals in the future. I like a hands on approach, that involves a great deal of communication with the client, to ensure they’re program and learning style is optimised for them.
I am a soon to be engineering student at university. I took Mathematics, Physics and Economics at A level. In regards to sports I am an avid gym goer and fitness enthusiast, black belt in Taekwondo and an amateur basketball player.
