I use a supportive, nonjudgmental approach when working with children and teens, while encouraging them to reach their fullest potential. Lessons typically begin with reviewing what the student is currently working on in their English class, followed by guided practice tailored to their needs.
Each session is adapted based on the student’s age, reading level, and specific challenges in English. Having struggled in certain academic areas myself, I understand the importance of creating a comfortable learning environment and fostering a growth mindset.
I have the most experience working with students ages 5–10, but I am flexible and comfortable tutoring students of all ages.
