About Gonika
I am a child psychologist, school counselor, and parenting coach with extensive experience working closely with children, adolescents, and parents. I currently serve as the Coordinator of the Mental Health & Wellbeing Committee in a school and have been actively involved in promoting emotional health, resilience, and life skills among students. My approach to teaching psychology is concept-based, practical, and student-friendly. I focus on helping students truly understand psychological concepts by connecting theory with real-life examples, case discussions, and everyday experiences—rather than rote learning. I give special attention to students who feel anxious, quiet, or academically stuck, and I believe that learning psychology should feel safe, engaging, and meaningful.
