I consider myself a spiritual researcher who has dedicated most of her energies to discovering her inner realities for over 10 years. Over the years, my interest has embraced themes such as Indian philosophy, Amazonian shamanism, transpersonal psychology, Christian gnosis and other esoteric, Eastern and Western traditions.

My approach is fluid and intuitive, I let myself be led by what I feel every time I interact with a person / group. I believe that yoga is not a rigid and defined discipline, but a set of techniques and tools to be adapted to the characteristics of each individual / group, both from a physical and a psycho-spiritual point of view.
