I start by clearing the basics and then proceed step by step to bigger paradigms. learning material and suggestions/ readings are also provided. Assessments are taken on a daily basis as well.
I try to form good rapport with my students first as I firmly believe it is one of the building blocks of a teacher-student relationship.
