About Lindsey
Yoga has brought me so much clarity and strength - physically and mentally. The mind-body connection we gain through practising yoga is incredibly valuable to our everyday life. Whether we work stressful jobs, have ongoing injuries requiring mediating, or simply want to be able to quiet our minds in this fast-paced world, yoga has benefits for everyone in so many ways.
I love working with individuals and groups to work on building confidence and a calm mind.
