I am a personal trainer, sports massage therapist.
I am NQF4 Short term insurance qualified and currently work in the hospitality industry part time.
I am a skilled equestrian with a passion for life, I coached and was a sports Co ordinator for a all girls high school.

I structure my lessons to suit each individuals needs.
I keep a structured approach to my classes however I do allow for a fair amount of discussion and chat between teacher and student to get to know and understand my students better.
