About Andriana

Γεια σας! Hello!

Language learning should feel approachable and encouraging rather than intimidating, and that's exactly the kind of environment I aim to create for my students. I focus on building a relaxed space where questions are always welcome and progress feels achievable, no matter your starting point.

As a native speaker, I bring an authentic understanding of pronunciation, everyday expressions, and the cultural context that brings the language to life, alongside the structured knowledge needed to help students build strong foundations. I take pride in being reliable, patient, and genuinely invested in each student's progress, and I tailor every lesson to the individual in front of me rather than following a one-size-fits-all approach.

Whether you're a complete beginner, looking to build conversational confidence, or working towards an exam, I'm here to support you every step of the way.

About the lesson

My name is Andriana, and I'm a native Greek speaker with an A-level qualification in the language. I teach Greek online to students of all levels, from complete beginners to those already comfortable holding a conversation.

My approach is friendly and practical: I focus on building real conversational confidence from the very first lesson, while also covering the grammar and structure needed to progress properly. Lessons are tailored to each student's pace and goals, whether that's picking up everyday phrases for travel, building a solid foundation as a beginner, or working towards a specific exam. I'm also happy to support students preparing for GCSE or A-level Greek, adapting my teaching to the exam requirements.

Lessons typically run for one hour and are held entirely online, making them easy to fit around your schedule. Whether you're just starting out or want to keep improving your conversational skills, I'll create a relaxed, supportive learning environment where you feel comfortable practising and asking questions.
