About Javier
I'm a qualified Personal Trainer, used to be a Marathon runner and I currently compete in Powerlifting. I have a passion for Fitness and Training. I also like to listen carefully to the needs of my customers and deliver a programme for optimal progress. With regards to lifting technique, I am a perfectionist as I believe that a good technique is the foundation of strength training. I always analyse videos carefully and provide with detailed feedback.
