About Gaiarose
Hey! better profile picture coming! my name is Gaia and I hail from Australia and have recently moved here! I received my qualifications in Australia. Life has bumped me up a bit and as a result I focus intensely on fitness and health. I grew up on an organic farm and have done various nutritional courses in lieu of my current degree and the personal training course. My passion is health I endeavour to provide the appropriate communication as I can not demonstrate some things to their full extent (mainly squatting things).

First meet will be 15min in a public place near your home (coffee shop (I do like coffee) or park) no payment required. I will ascertain your goals and get to know you. From there we can crack into the sweaty muscle burny stuff! I have been forced to discover so much due to unrelated injuries. The workouts I do myself at home are mostly calisthenic but I work with whatever is at my disposal. No equipment necessary unless you or I, have some want to use. I have always had a bit of a dislike of social media so I do not have an insta or tiktok but that can ensure that sessions will be spent entirely focused! I will listen to you and make you feel heard. I am excited to help you develop a routine you can do at home. I am willing to work with any age or ability and will always focus on providing an individual experience. Length of time can be negotiated.
