About Ella
I absolutely love teaching. Whether that's fractions and decimals in Maths, chronology in History or sentence structure in Literacy. Each step on a student's learning journey is important and should be tailored to best support them. I want my students to succeed and work hard to ensure that they do. I have a first class honours degree in Primary Education, which was followed by two years of classroom teaching, and have taught students from Nursery through to the end of primary school. I have worked with many children who find learning difficult for an array of reasons, and strive to ensure that my sessions are accessible and comfortable for all.

I enthuse a love of learning in all my students by giving them skills to learn as well as embedding the knowledge they need to succeed. I always meet the student where they are in order to build confidence in their abilities, push them to achieve their best and provide them with a targeted, individualised learning journey. My teaching style is practical, holistic and creative, balancing a fun and exciting learning experience with academic success.
