About Kareena
I am a qualified Primary Teacher with experience teaching in both UK and international schools. I specialise in supporting children with phonics, reading, English and maths, creating engaging lessons that build confidence and develop understanding. With experience teaching Key Stage 1, supporting SEND and EAL learners, and delivering phonics training to staff, I provide a patient, encouraging and personalised approach to help every child achieve their potential.

I tailor every lesson to the individual learner, using a patient, encouraging and engaging approach to build confidence and develop understanding. Lessons are carefully planned to suit each child's learning style and focus on filling knowledge gaps through practical activities, clear explanations and regular assessment. I specialise in phonics using the Read Write Inc. programme, as well as primary English and maths, ensuring pupils make steady progress in a supportive environment. I offer tuition for children in Reception to Year 6, specialising in phonics, reading, English, maths and 11 plus. My lessons are ideal for pupils who need extra support, are preparing for KS1 SATs, or want to build confidence and achieve their full potential.
