About Rebecca
I am Becky and I have been a science teacher/ tutor for the last 6 years. I started teaching when I was 26abd have never looked back. I particularly enjoy seeing my students achieve their goals and obtain the best grades possible. In order to do this I realised that improving students confidence is just as important as improving their knowledge and so I have quite a relaxed teaching style.
I originally studied Forensic Science with Criminology at university and am currently studying for a Masters degree in Law as I find the two very interesting subjects. I have a passion for science that I love to pass on to other people.

I provide online lessons that include a mixture of the course content and practice exam questions. Lessons are tailored to each individual student to ensure that all of the students needs are met. I have several years of experience as a science teacher in British secondary schools where I gained the skills required to help students improve their knowledge and confidence within science in turn improving their grades. With this in mind I like to ensure the classroom is a relaxed and fun environment as I have found this is best for learning and helps students to experience science in a fun and engaging way. The ideal lesson length is 1 hour however I can provide longer lessons if necessary. I teach GCSE sciences, combined, or separate sciences, as well as A-level biology. Although the majority of my current students are working towards their GCSEs or A-levels I can also provide Key stage 3 science lessons for children aged 11-14.
