About Daisy
I enjoy teaching because it is rewarding to see as pupils improve in their confidence and therefore receive better outcomes. I am also very passionate about geography and environmental studies and feel this helps to engage pupils in the learning. I am currently studying for my master's, and would like to continue with my teaching whilst I do this. I have had tutoring experience for several years, and find pupils respond well to my lessons. With my last GCSE pupils, I saw an improvement of around 2 grades for several of my tutoring students.

I am a qualified teacher currently studying for my MSc in Environmental Science. I have experience in both classroom teaching of geography from KS3 up to A level, as well as tutoring experience of both geography and Science GCSE. I typically tutor for 50 minutes to an hour, with a focus on building confidence especially in applying knowledge to exam questions. I incorporate a lot of recall practice into my lessons to ensure we are constantly going over previous knowledge and understanding.
