About Stephanie
I have been teaching for 18 years with experience in a regular classroom and most recently via Zoom or Google Meet. I have been a special education teacher for the past 11 years. I also worked as a school librarian. I love to inspire children to love reading and books, and I enjoy teaching writing.

I offer lessons in various English Language Arts topics and
I have taught students from all ability levels and ages from K-12.
For basic reading instruction, I use the UFli phonics program and have training in the Science of Reading method.
To make my lessons more interesting, I use science and geography themes.
International travel is my passion, so I use that to add flavor to my lessons!
