Classes of Hatha Yoga and Vinyasa flow, depending on the needs of the practitioner.
We are going to awake, tone and stretch all the muscles of the body, the deepest ones. The protagonist of the practice will always be the breath, or Pranayama, to rebalance the energetic forces and become fully aware of every single movement.
