About Zeynep
My name is Zeynep, and I am a tutor who specializes in writing, reading comprehension, and language support. I have taken advanced coursework in English and language studies, consistently performing at a high level in both AP classes and standardized exams. Because of this background, I understand what teachers and exam graders look for in strong essays, clear arguments, and effective communication. I am also fluent in Spanish, Portuguese, and Turkish, with the ability to read, write, and speak these languages confidently. This multilingual experience allows me to support students who are learning English as a second language, as well as those who want to strengthen grammar, vocabulary, and expression. Hi, I’m Zeynep, and I tutor essay writing, reading comprehension, English grammar, and overall academic writing skills. My approach is very hands-on. I don’t just correct your work for you but show you how to think through structure and flow so you can write with more confidence on your own.
A typical lesson starts by looking at what you are working on right now, whether it is a school essay, a reading assignment, or preparation for standardized tests. I ask guiding questions to help you understand your ideas more deeply, then we work together to organize those ideas into strong paragraphs with clear sentences that make your point stand out.
All lessons will be supported with well organized examples, worksheets, graphic organizers, and any other material required to improve your work for no extra cost. Additionally, help and support by me will be available 24/7 through personal contact.
What sets me apart is that I explain why something works, not just what to fix. I break writing down into simple steps that feel manageable rather than overwhelming. I also pay attention to your voice, I want your writing to sound like you, just a more polished and powerful version.
