About Wes
I want to teach photography as I am both passionate about teaching and Photography/design. I have years of experience in the adobe suite and I think to understand photography better, I must be able to break down and teach key principles which helps both students and myself.

I find a subject or matter that people are interested in and help to explore different ways that they can highlight or tell a story. I draw from my background of being Pasifika and use storytelling as a key element to help highlight photography as a medium
I tutored first year Pasifika students at the University of Wellington as part of a 'homework club', which included other principles of design. I also just completed my bachelors degree in Animation and VFX and can tutor 16 - 24 year olds as I can engage better with this group being of this age
