About Jarom
I consider myself a people builder. I'm all about positive change since that has been my lifestyle for the past couple of years now. I'll always show up, authentically engage, and model growth. I am not perfect, and that is a good thing. Because that means that I know how to relate to students more; because I too have had my struggles, and have learned to love sharing my methods of growth with others.

I am also learning. So I try to be open-minded on how to best help my students. I put their needs first, even if that means changing up a lesson plan. I try to see students as people, not objects, knowing that I too have struggled when learning. Then, I patiently help them improve.
