About Molly
I worked in a peer tutoring center throughout high school, and continued this work once arriving at college. During the pandemic, I also tutored students in middle and high school in a remote fashion. I love math and science and have recently graduated with a degree in Engineering, but teaching is my greatest passion. While at school, I also taught all engineering student on basic machining methods, and worked with our formula car team to create an introductory machining class for incoming students. I love connecting with students and helping them to understand their material better and feel more confident asking for help and learning.

I recognize that every student learns in their own specific way, and work to discover the best methods with them. I am incredibly passionate about math, and have extensive experience helping students understand a concept through logic that works for them. I am able to distill concepts to basics and spend the first minutes with a student identifying how they learn best. Learning should be a collaborative process and active and personalized engagement with each student needs to be encouraged.
