About Peyton
My undergraduate degree is a bachelor's in Animal Biosciences, so I have strong science foundations with coursework in biology and chemistry. I just wrapped up my master's program teaching high school students honors biology and honors chemistry in Ohio, and now have a full-time career teaching chemistry to high school students in Massachusetts. Tutoring is the perfect way to meet your individual goals and needs that may not be met in a regular classroom (we wish we could help each of you in this manner, we just don't have the time!). I'd be happy to work with you to figure out those specific, individualized needs and meet your personal goals!

I'd be super happy to work with you directly to work on subject areas & topics for which you specifically would like help. I like to see what subjects you are comfortable with, strategies you use currently to study, instructional methods of current course, and develop a plan of attack from there! I am a big advocate for learning applicable skills and strategies that are useful beyond just chemistry, so I implement practice with those skills as well (critical analysis, test-taking skills, etc.) I'd be happy to assist any students taking chemistry in high school, or any college students taking a general chemistry course in college!
