Up until Year 11, English was my best subject. In Year 11 I received 46% in my first semester exam. However, in Year 12 my best SAC result was 96%! I know the tough road of VCE English and if you would like me to tutor you, I will support you through it all; I know just how hard it is to succeed in the most popular VCE subject.
In English, conversations are vital to exploring all the possible themes, symbols, characters and connections you may need to rely on in that final exam room. As a tutor, I aim to engage you in discussions that breed original ideas and boost confidence so you are comfortable enough to eventually write an A+ exam (like I did) in November.
I well and truly believe that anyone can succeed in English, just look at my own progression from below standard to the top 10% of the state! But in order to, you must find the right methods of study and practice. Given this, I will cater my sessions to your needs; come to me with whatever you're struggling with and we will work through it together!
I have become passionate about this subject, particularly the texts Rear Window, The Longest Memory and Black Diggers. If you are studying these texts I will gladly assist you in getting your best possible score!
