About Kathryn
I am a certified 200-hr Hatha Yoga Teacher as of early 2020 with 5 years of personal practice before going for my certification.
I teach Hatha and Hatha Vinyasa for all levels.
I am currently pursuing my Bachelor's in Kinesiology (Movement Science).
A forever student in the world of health and wellness, always trying to learn more about what can heal and keep us thriving, naturally.

Yoga is what saved me from my chaotic teen years. I have experienced first hand how the practice of yoga can help ease the stress and tension in our bodies, and simultaneously calm our restless minds.
My mission as a yoga teacher is to provide my students with the tools they need to reconnect to their true selves. I provide a safe space for my students to feel comfortable opening up and letting go what no longer serves them.
No matter how old you are, whether you have been doing yoga for years, are taking your very first class, have abundant physical limitations, etc; you are welcome in my classes. I am willing to work with anyone to find what works best for them.
