About Ntsako
My name is Ntsako, which directly translates to the word joy, and I’ve been in the fitness industry for 7 years now. I, for the most part have worked as a trainer in private spaces, ranging from boutique gyms to people’s homes, and by far my favourite achievement through all these years was never necessarily the physical manifestation of the work I had done, but rather the smile and confidence it brought out of people. My biggest goal is to create a space where people can come and get their physical bodies functioning well for them to be happy with themselves.

My greatest strengths are adaptability, listening, and patience. Training is supposed to be done in a safe space, where one has the time and freedom to achieve their goals. Our sessions will be exactly that.
