About Nastya
I am working as a sports coach and pole dance coach for 5 years. I am the winner of several Russian competitions. I have 17 years of dance experience and considerable experience in muscle training and stretching. Currently I am dedicated to aerial gymnastics, dance and sports training.

I will introduce you to Yoga in hammock online. We will strengthen your muscles, empower your body and increase your ability to control all your body movements. Classes will include a mandatory warm-up, various elements with the hammock and a stretch at the end of the class.
