About Garry
I began my career as a school teacher in the GTA. After transitioning to textbook sales, I invested my career in senior executive roles in the corporate end of the direct sales industry. In 2009 I received the industry's highest award, awarded to one person annually, for a lifetime of service to the industry. In 2012 I received the Queen Elizabeth Diamond Jubilee award for the same reason.

I seek to do the equivalent of market research with a student, sometimes referred to as a needs analysis. This must, of necessity, be based on the unique situation of each individual student. Then, I seek to help the student by using a coaching method. I have written a book on coaching in the insdustry where I sepent my career. I have also co-written one on time management for the same industry. At one time, I owned a time management company and did some extensive training on that subject.
