I'm Ross O'Flaherty-Lane, and I’m passionate about teaching because I believe that everyone deserves the opportunity to learn in a way that works best for them. As someone who is neurodivergent and has ADHD, I understand firsthand how different learning styles can impact a person’s experience and success. This drives my commitment to creating inclusive, adaptable learning environments where students feel empowered.
I want to teach because I’ve seen how personalized support and understanding can unlock potential, especially for those who may feel misunderstood in traditional settings. My approach is to tailor my methods to the individual, ensuring that every student can thrive regardless of their learning style.
