About Wacker

36 years experience at schools in the differnt countries.
Private lessons with the people of differnt nationalities, different ages and professions .
Currently I work at the Institute Pleiades SA for the "Modern School" in Geneva as a teacher of languages.

Actually I work at "Modern School" in Geneva as a teacher of languages.

This is a higly successful course for the beginners and for the students with elementary knowledge, who wants to have a good language level.
It includes:
Grammar and exercises
Learning and practising vocabulary adapted to a grammar
Speaking and pronunciation
Listening audio texts and reading
Video clips and discussions

Teaching is my life. I have been told that I am a “born teacher,” but this is not the case. If anything, I was born a learner, and along the way I learned how to teach. In fact, my teaching style and techniques are evolving daily as I learn through professional development, by studying my peers, and most importantly by listening to my students. To me, a large part of teaching is figuring out how people learn. I am passionate about education because I am a constant learner myself.
