About Shalini
I am a medicine graduate from Newcastle University who enjoys learning and teaching. The interest in teaching started very early for me as my first lessons I’ve taught were when I was in secondary school. During my university days, I conducted classes both in school and privately for students to cement their learning. My learning resources were in demand and I sold off my notes the moment I decided to sell to juniors, hence I’d like to assure you that you’ll be in good hands when you take lessons with me and I’ll give my best to ensure your success. As a national scholar, I have always been an academic and I’ve got a lot of experience in learning at all levels of education such as primary and secondary school sciences, math, Cambridge A Level and medicine.

I believe in lessons being tailored to each student based on their learning styles. I personally prefer being taught with first questions and then the explanation and concept behind it as this helps cement the learning as the student is simultaneously applying the concept while studying. Each lesson would typically last for 1 and 1/2 hour but this can be increased or decreased depending on your needs. I have ample experience in teaching students from primary to undergraduate students mainly focusing on sciences and maths as well as language subjects.
