About Scott
Hi, I am Scott. I have been a teacher for the last 15 years in Thailand and China at International and Bilingual Schools. I have a post-graduate diploma in teaching and a Bachelor's degree from Rhodes University. I have been an online teacher since early 2020. I find that online teaching allows me to share pictures and videos with students very easily. I consider myself to be a relaxed, calm, and friendly person. I am a Native English speaker. I once had to do a TOEIC test in Thailand and scored 100%. I love the Sciences and I aim to inspire excitement about Science in my students. I have great books to work through including Cambridge IGCSE Physics, Biology, and Chemistry books. I also use Exploring Science; Science Fusion; California Science; and Inspire Science books for younger learners.

Hi, I am Scott. I speak English. I will teach school Science from Grade 3 until Grade 8 level. I can teach a book from front to back or start with any particular topic with which a student is struggling. I can help prepare students for Science exams. I am comfortable teaching Biology, Chemistry, and Physics. I love Science and find it to be an exciting subject. In my online classroom (Zoom) expect to work through Science textbooks. I have many Science books to work through. I use short videos to illustrate core concepts or to view relevant experiments. Homework is optional. I look forward to seeing you in my online classroom.
