About Hansi
I am passionate, hardworking, dedicated and understanding. I sincerely wish for all students being tutored by me to excel in their courses. I have Co-op experience working with students and am very patient and considerate when teaching! I would like to understand what learning styles you prefer whether it be by diagrams, active-recall, going over notes + memorization, being described concepts and theories and answering any questions you may have. I will also use my own format of teaching things which include a mixture of all the great learning tactics I have understood over the course of years I have been in school.

I have learned many tips and tricks that are beneficial in learning a course like Biology which is memorization heavy and involves tricky terms and definitions that may be difficult at first to understand. Detailed notes and constant practice in this course has allowed me to teach it best! I use a break-down style teaching method which will consist of revising, asking you questions, quizzing you and going over concepts together. Before our next classes, you can let me know which units/topics you wish to go over first. I am a very compassionate and understanding individual and wish for my students to feel comfortable when learning. Therefore, do not be afraid to ask questions!I teach science for grades 7-12, as well as first year University biology.
