Science teacher gives lessons to middle and high school in Houston, Texas

Methodology

I'm a 5 year science teacher in the Houston area that loves to teach middle and high school students. My classes are interactive and I expect my students to engage in each lesson. I try to stay away from a lecture style class, instead my class works together to learn and teach each other.

Background

I've been teaching for 5 years and I've spent time as a tutor before becoming a classroom teacher. Over the course of my tenure, I've taught overt 150 students in and outside of the classroom. 4 of the 5 years as a classroom teacher I've help my students significantly increase their standardize testing scores.
