Methodology
I basically Teach students right from the basics and keeping 15-20 min session each day to check what the students have learnt in the class and clearing their doubt . Every week Assignment to gain insight about their Progress of learning.

Ltd and during that giving lessons to the aspiring Software Engineering Students .Also involved in Knowledge Transfer to the incoming Team Members in our Project. Ravinder is an excellent teacher and has a great experience in teaching C++ programming. Along with this he has industrial experience in programming too. Not only C++, but he has pretty much a vast knowledge in every course and ability to solve all study related problems. Teaching is his passion and he is patient enough to understand the level of his students.
