About Akanksha
I am Akanksha Shaw, currently a second year student pursuing Bachelor's of Banking and Insurance from H.R. college of Commerce and Economics, Mumbai, India. I think English as a subject is very underrated. Students are made to believe that they just have to mug up the answers on the day prior to their exams. But according to me, it's so much more, just than a language and words, like an art, and what is life without art in it?

English is not just a language but something that lets you understand, feel and absorb things in an intense manner. Class would be an interactive session, which would not burden up the students with the bookish knowledge, but help them understand and learn how to apply the grammar flawlessly apart from in books while speaking, interacting with a group, or writing. I prefer handling the school level students, help them learn and explore the subject. The class won't be restricted to being a tutor and a student, but a place, students can trust and built a friendship.
