About Jessica
My name is Jess and I am a 20-year-old university student. Id love to help others succeed in a subject that I love dearly- English. Although I liked English in school, I only really found my love for it during college and eventually when choosing my degree for university. In school, I enjoyed the books I read in class, but couldn’t think of anything worse than reading in my own time. Now, I read every day! Once you understand that reading can be fun, and you can read whatever you please, it’s the best! It’s my favourite way to wind down and if you struggle with stress and anxiety like me, it’s so therapeutic!

I really disliked school. I didn’t like the idea that you had to be great at everything. English was my best subject, and maths was my absolute worst. I always wished I had someone who understood why I was struggling, and was willing to be patient with me, helping me with maths in a better way that my school teachers could. I hope to help and encourage students to find their love for English as a subject, and if not- just help them to get through it efficiently! Although all school subjects are important, I don’t think that young students should ever lose sleep over them. So, I can help you, to not lose any sleep, and still ace your exams!
