My teaching style is very student-led. I encourage students to understand their own learning and how their knowledge and skills can progress. It is then my job to be a tool for their advancement and facilitate it as much as possible. I teach a wide range of literature, from classic Greek plays to modern YA novels. I also specialise in encouraging creativity in writing and expression.
I have been teaching full time in a Secondary School in West London for two years. Previous to this, I was working as an SEN and drama specialist HTLA. All of my students have left school with their expected grade or above at GCSE and A Level and 3 have so far chosen to study English Literature/Drama at university.
I have have taught upwards of 500 students in my teaching and training career.
Students preparing for Year 11 or Year 13 exams may incur a charge of £2 for April onwards lessons.
