About Koushik
I am an Electrical Engineer, graduated in 2010 from a premium college in India. I did my Masters in Semiconductor nanotechnology in Germany and started working in the Research and Development wing of a multi-national company since 2015 as a semiconductor developer.
Outside profession, I love going on road trips and till now visited more than 15 countries and have met people coming from at least 50 different countries. I have immense love for music and photography and do that as hobby and am fluent in 4 languages: English, German, Hindi and Bengali, with Bengali being my mother tongue.
I was once that 'confused Indian student not knowing exactly what to do' and 'finding ways to conflict resolution in the office' and over the years I have learnt its not a good place to be and there are ways you can resolve it. I have come a long way to becoming a very successful working professional in Germany with all the pleasures of life, and now I would to share my hard earned life knowledge with you all.

I am an Electrical Engineer from a premium college in India and have the experience of studying in Germany as well. On top I have been working as a professional more than 7 years now in Germany.
This entire 17 years journey started with a small step and over the course, I have experienced several problems from different countries and I am in a position to make you look in the right direction, keeping today's reality in mind. I have been doing life coaching quite some time now in known circles, but its the first time I have enlisted myself online, because I love sharing my knowledge that may benefit the people in need.
I usually follow an interactive session and give a lot of priority to first listen and understand the problems they are facing. Eventually I put myself in their shoes and see what options they can have.
I do not usually acknowledge a session more than an hour, if not needed. I am a firm believer that at the end of every session there should be a small take home idea and a sum up.
Since I did engineering and was always good with maths and now working in the Research and Development of the company, naturally I hold immense expertise in technology market. However, I hold an equal level of expertise in higher education consulting, specially when someone is thinking about studying abroad. In addition, I am well qualified to answer the question what can someone do in case of conflict in mind and is being addressed individually. To sum it up, you will probably find many who are offering their expertise in their respective field, whereas I come here as a technology mentor who understands professional and personal problems.
The classes are intended for anybody from Class 10 to working professionals who would like to take a perspective about life and look in the right direction to resolve problems and bring clarity in mind.
