My teaching method is encouraging and logical. No specific syllabus to cover but will give you comprehensive instructions in how to build programs, give nutritional advice for the general population. I can also build programs and nutrition guides for you, whether it be bodybuilding, strength training, weight loss, keep fit or general health and well being!
