About Frank
Senior Philosophy specialist at University of Sao Paulo (grade average 9.5; CGPA: 3.95+). Research fellow on the subjects of Ancient Philosophy and Philosophy of Law, specifically dealing with the relationship between Plato's philosophy and Ancient Athenian Law. Also part of Study Group on Ancient Epistemology. I have monitored and tutored in introductory courses to philosophy already and am very passionate about helping students both in understanding philosophical concepts, as well as in developing writing and reading skills.

I'll make use of the so-called "Structural Method of Reading". Slow, attentive reading of philosophical texts with emphasis on method, scheme of arguments and historical context. There are no tricks in Philosophy: It requires good, thorough reading. And good, thorough reading requires dedicated time: usually one well-read paragraph is much more efficient in one's intellectual education than a whole book lightly studied.
