About Sensei Ritik

I’m Sensei Ritik Suman, a Karate Black Belt, National Karate Judge, National Kickboxing Referee and four-time National Karate Player.

I provide structured, student-focused karate lessons for children, teenagers and adults of all skill levels. My classes focus on practical self-defense, correct techniques, physical fitness, confidence, discipline and personal growth.

My teaching approach is safe, supportive, and adapted to each student’s age, experience, and goals. I aim to help every student learn at their own pace while developing skills that extend beyond martial arts.

My goal is to build confident, disciplined, and resilient individuals through karate.

I am Sensei Ritik Suman, a Karate Black Belt, National-Level Karate Judge, National Kickboxing Referee, and 4-time National Karate Player.
I am passionate about teaching martial arts and helping students develop physical fitness, self-defence skills, confidence, discipline, and mental strength.
My classes are designed for beginners, intermediate learners, and students who want to improve their karate techniques or prepare for competitions.
