About Siavash
I am a graduating molecular biology and chemistry student from SFU with a concentration in infectious diseases and immunology. I also work in a research group designing electrocatalysts for CO₂ reduction, which has strengthened my problem-solving skills and deepened my understanding of chemistry.
Through my studies and research, I have developed a clear and structured way of explaining complex concepts so they are easier to understand. I am patient, approachable, and focused on helping students build confidence in chemistry, molecular biology, and math.
My goal is to help you not only complete your work, but truly understand the material and apply it independently.

I focus on helping students build real understanding in chemistry, biology (with a focus on molecular and cell biology), and math rather than memorizing steps. I teach high school chemistry, biology, and math, as well as IB and AP Chemistry and Biology. At the college and university level, I teach organic chemistry, inorganic chemistry, physical chemistry, molecular biology, immunology and pathogenesis. I break down complex concepts into simple, clear explanations and guide students through them step by step. Each lesson is tailored to your needs.
